Job summary

Chapman BMW Chandler is seeking a dependable Janitor to keep the Chandler service shop clean, organized, and safe for technicians. No prior experience is required—we provide training. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm, with a pay rate of $16 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning bays, removing debris, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring a presentable work environment. Safety and punctuality are emphasized, with pre-employment screening and a valid Arizona driver’s license

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company uniform standards.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to comply with all safety policies.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain technician work bays and service shop areas throughout the day
• Remove trash, debris, and used materials from shop workspaces
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors in the service department
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of shop equipment and common areas
• Assist with keeping the dealership's service department safe, clean, and presentable
• Follow established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards
• Perform other janitorial and facility support duties as assigned
