Job summary

Chapman BMW on Camelback in Phoenix is seeking an experienced BMW Certified Technician to join our Service Department. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair BMW vehicles, perform diagnostics, and communicate findings to Service Advisors while delivering high-quality workmanship expected by our customers.

This role offers up to $45 per flag hour (DOE and certifications) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 24 months, a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BMW Technician experience required.
• Certifications required for the role.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair BMW systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and communicate recommended repairs to Service Advisors
• Accurately document inspection findings, repair recommendations, and completed work
• Complete repairs according to repair orders and dealership standards
• Perform warranty repairs in compliance with BMW manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
