Chapman BMW on Camelback in Phoenix is seeking an experienced BMW Certified Technician to join the Service Department. You will diagnose, maintenance, and repair BMW vehicles to deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 24 months, a Monday–Friday 7am–5:30pm schedule with rotating Saturdays, and opportunities for career growth within a leading automotive retailer in Arizona.

Qualifications

• 2+ years BMW Technician experience required.
• Certifications required.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair BMW systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and communicate recommended repairs to Service Advisors.
• Accurately document inspection findings, repair recommendations, and completed work.
• Complete repairs according to repair orders and dealership standards.
• Perform warranty repairs in compliance with BMW manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
