Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking an energetic associate to engage customers at the service desk, sales floor, and register, delivering expert parts and service knowledge to keep customers' cars running smoothly.

You will greet customers, schedule appointments, process transactions, stock parts, and uphold safety and company policies while contributing to a team that drives sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• At least one year of automotive service experience; prior sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills to calculate commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers by phone or in-store.
• Sell parts and services to meet customer needs.
• Process work orders and register transactions; manage parts knowledge.
• Schedule appointments and communicate timelines to customers.
