Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a Customer Service Associate to contribute to store growth through customer engagement and expert product knowledge. You will handle service desk tasks, explain processes, schedule appointments, and drive sales of parts and services that keep customers' vehicles running smoothly.

Role requires a friendly, results‑oriented approach, ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to safety and company policies. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and basic arithmetic skills.
• 1 year of automotive service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers in store or over the phone.
• Sell parts and services to help the customer's car run efficiently.
• Process work orders and register transactions accurately.
• Follow all cash, credit, refund and return policies.
• Perform routine express automotive services as directed.
