Plaza Tire Service in Paducah, KY, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, promote services and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role oversees shop workflow, helps manage the team, and serves as manager on duty when the store manager is out.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, experience in sales or automotive service is helpful, a professional appearance, a valid driver's license, and availability to work at least five days per

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturday’s.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and document recommendations in the customer file.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes and update customers on service progress.
• Process payments and explain warranties and inspections.
• Perform post-repair follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
