Job summary

Easycare in Des Moines, IA is seeking an energetic automotive sales professional to join our team. This role focuses on turning customer interest into sales by applying product knowledge, building relationships and delivering outstanding service.

You will manage inventory demonstrations, collaborate with leadership to plan monthly strategies, and stay current with products and market trends. Compensation is performance-based with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own and excel at every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle inventory.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
• Create and execute strategies to increase market share.
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain CSI, Gross Avg and monthly unit targets to dealership standards.
• Stay up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications.

Requirements

• Prior retail automotive sales experience and/orsales training preferred.
  
• Compensation is based on performance and is competitive with the retail automotive market.
