Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
• Possess a current and valid driver's license
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and on the phone in a professional, courteous manner.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services with clear explanations; document recommendations in the file.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time; update customers throughout service.
• Cashing out with a review of inspection and warranties.
• Follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after service.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
