Job summary

RadNet, Inc. in Crafton, PA seeks a customer-facing service desk associate to engage customers, schedule appointments, and drive sales of parts and services that keep vehicles running efficiently.

You will process transactions, maintain an organized store, and adhere to policies while delivering excellent customer care and support. Prior automotive service and sales experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in automotive service environment.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Must have basic math to calculate commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store.
• Schedule appointments and sell parts and service.
• Organize and manage service desk and register transactions.
• Assist in various customer care and store operations.
• Conduct express automotive services and vehicle inspections.
