Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• One year of related automotive service experience preferred.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Must understand basic math for commissions and discounts.
• Strong verbal and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, upsell parts and services, and process transactions.
• Maintain organization and productivity of service area and registers.
• Follow cash, credit, refund and return policies; address service issues with management.
• Perform express automotive services and basic vehicle inspections as needed.
• Uphold safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized shop environment.
