Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Store Service Assistant to support the service and tire team under the Store Service Manager.

You will help drive sales across service labor, parts, tires, and fleet business while ensuring shop organization and efficiency. Responsibilities include assisting in customer care, processing work orders, maintaining POS accuracy, coaching associates on the customer care process, monitoring productivity, and upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of automotive service experience.
• One year of automotive service sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work Days, Nights, Holidays and Weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer care, work orders, register assistance, facility maintenance, and merchandising activities, including tire stocking.
• Follow POS, inventory, and procurement policies and practices.
• Work with management to address customer service issues and business opportunities.
• Drive sales goals for the service center through personal engagement and coaching of advisors.
• Assist in training service selling associates on customer care processes and CVIs, and perform CVIs as directed.
• Monitor shop productivity, workflow, and safety; support back-shop operations and CVI completion.
• Partner with management to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
