Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Rhinelander, WI is hiring a Service Receptionist to support service advisors, schedule appointments, greet guests, and handle administrative tasks. This entry-level role is designed to learn the ins and outs and progress toward a Service Advisor position with training and support.

The pay starts at $17+ per hour with opportunities to grow as you gain experience and advance within the service department.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to stay on task and work independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Greet service guests as they arrive for their service appointments.
• Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.
• Communicate with guests and advisors to take care of guest needs.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Assist advisors and service manager with other service and administrative related duties.
• Utilize online system daily.
