Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and establish follows-up with service appointments. Assist with scheduling service appointments.
• Greet service guests as they arrive for their service appointments.
• Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.
• Communicate with guests and advisors to take care of guest needs.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Assist advisors and service manager with other service and administrative related duties.
• Utilize onlinesystem daily.
