Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Glendale, MO, is hiring an Automotive Service Receptionist / Cashier to join the Service Administrative Team. The role blends customer service with payment processing, appointment coordination, and essential admin support.

The position features a rotating 4-day work week, 40 hours per week, and shift hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch; some Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, reception, or office administration is a plus!
• Previous automotive dealership experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist service customers, provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Process cash, check, and credit card transactions, issue receipts, and provide refunds as needed.
• Finalize and close repair orders, verify customer signatures, and maintain records.
• Answer phones, schedule service appointments, and assist customers with inquiries.
• Respond to customer emails, text messages, and online chats promptly and professionally.
• Balance payments and prepare accurate end-of-day deposits.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, managers, and team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Scan and organize documents, maintain records, and assist with receptionist/admin tasks.
