Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a diligent Cashier/Receptionist to process payments, calculate bills, and ensure accurate cash handling at Northlake Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, a professional appearance, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Cashier experience helpful, especially in automotive dealerships.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership's computer system.
Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
Ascertain and record totals of tickets and repair orders, and verify against payments.
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
