Job summary

Glenbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a full-time Receptionist to be the friendly face of the showroom. You will greet walk-in customers, answer inbound calls, determine needs, and direct them to the appropriate department.

A polished appearance, excellent multitasking, and a welcoming demeanor are essential. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service experience (automotive dealership experience is a plus).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, receptionist, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a major plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom walk-ins and answer inquiries, directing to Sales Consultant, Service Advisor, or Manager.
• Handle a multi-line phone system, directing callers to the correct department and minimizing hold times.
• Take detailed, accurate messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate parties.
• Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and dealership leadership (data entry, filing, spreadsheet maintenance, routing mail).
• Deliver courteous customer care and route concerns to the proper manager for swift resolution.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and guest lounge area.
