Job summary

You will engage customers and provide accurate information to drive service and sales while upholding safety and company standards.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and a willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Solid customer service experience.
• Basic math skills for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone.
• Process work orders and register transactions accurately.
• Assist with service desk duties, scheduling, and upselling parts and services.
• Follow cash and refund policies and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform express automotive services and inspections as directed.
