You will supervise staff, optimize processes, and drive customer satisfaction across all service activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, budgeting, inventory management, and continuous process improvements to maximize efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a service department.
• Valid California driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Experience with budgeting and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the service department.
• Manage service appointments, technician schedules, and workflow to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Ensure that all service operations comply with dealership standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction in the service department.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Recruit, train, and manage service department staff, including technicians, service advisors, and support personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff; facilitate training and development.
