Job summary

Skyline Ford | Keizer & South Commercial is seeking a Service Operations Lead to work with the Service Manager, owning daily follow-through and optimizing two service locations. You will lead across Keizer and South Commercial, providing hands-on leadership, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth operations.

You will drive uptime by coordinating workflow, coaching advisors and technicians, and maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience with scheduling, dispatch, and technician workflow understanding.
• Ability to lead by example, coach, and hold people accountable with professionalism and respect.
• Strong customer service and phone skills, including resolving concerns effectively.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and experience reading daily performance reports.
• Initiative and sound judgment to solve routine problems and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at Keizer as needed, coordinating workflow and supporting technicians and advisors.
• Help build a strong store culture and hold the team accountable while encouraging teamwork.
• Facilitate technician and advisor meetings to align priorities and follow-through.
• Provide Monday coverage by answering phones and scheduling appointments when staffing is lighter.
• Support both Keizer and South Commercial locations, including dispatch and service functions.
• Track recalls and follow repairs through to completion across both locations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to retain staff.
