Job summary

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships seeks an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our Fixed Operations team at our Delaware dealerships. You will manage daily service operations, coach staff, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of service-management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of dealership processes.
