Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Service Manager experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer focus with negotiation and de-escalation skills.
• Proven leadership to develop team members.
• Good automotive technical aptitude to work with technicians.
• Ability to learn and use automotive software.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage service operations, gross profit, and expenses.
• Oversee daily operation of the Service Department to maximize sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop service staff while boosting customer satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional service by listening to concerns and finding solutions.
• Increase labor sales and ensure efficient use of technicians.
• Maintain staff quality per manufacturer training standards.
• Supervise workloads and schedules for service team.
• Manage payroll and expenses; ensure safety standards.
