Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and hire technicians and service advisors; distribute work assignments.
• Act as liaison between technicians and customers to communicate repairs and timelines.
• Prioritize services to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality repairs and accurate reporting to customers.
• Provide concierge support to owners via phone or in person to ensure a positive experience.
• Mentor and develop the service team for ongoing performance improvements.
• Drive profitability through effective scheduling, parts usage, and labor optimization.
• Cultivate a welcoming and professional service experience for all customers.
