Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive service management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving strong service department financial results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of dealership service operations, fixed operations metrics, and customer satisfaction programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven business decisions.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and service software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of service department operations and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
