Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service manager, service director, or fixed ops manager.
• Proven leadership and team management in a dealership environment.
• Strong understanding of service department operations and KPIs.
• Ability to drive profitability and performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the automotive service department.
• Oversee service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Drive service department sales, profitability, and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs including labor gross, hours per RO, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and CSI performance.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and repair order processes.
• Handle customer concerns, escalations, and retention.
• Work closely with parts and sales departments to maximize performance.
