Job summary

Ottawa Toyota, part of Home Run Auto Group, is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Ottawa service department and drive performance. You will hire, train and supervise technicians and advisors, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while maintaining a productive and professional environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to keeping technicians current with manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Experience managing service department personnel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of service operations and MPI hours per RO

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise and monitor the performance of the service department personnel including technicians and advisors
• Provide training on administrative policies and procedures
• Encourage technicians to keep their skills current through manufacturer training
• Be familiar with all aspects of the service department and maintain a professional work environment
• Conduct daily tech meetings, manage efficiency and dispatching, MPI’s and hours per RO.
