Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Solid understanding of dealership operations; DealerTrack experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred).
• Flexible availability to support service operations.
