Job summary

Honda of Princeton is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department, mentor technicians and advisors, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The ideal candidate will have prior automotive dealership service management or supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of service operations, repair orders, and labor productivity.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership service management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of service operations, repair orders, labor productivity, and department processes.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems; CDK experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and other service personnel.
• Monitor performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Coordinate with parts to ensure parts availability and timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and provide timely customer follow-up.
