Job summary

Honda of Princeton seeks a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the Service Department in Princeton, NJ. You will explain service needs, recommend maintenance, and ensure a smooth experience from check-in to delivery.

Automotive experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate. This full-time role offers training, benefits, and career growth within a dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles at auto dealerships or service centers is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to explain automotive services and pricing clearly to customers.
• Familiarity with dealership software and service write-up processes.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and identify service needs.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services.
• Prepare accurate repair orders.
• Explain services, pricing and repair recommendations.
• Communicate with technicians and monitor vehicle progress.
