Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise all service department personnel.

• Create and exceed objectives including an annual operating budget and marketing plan.
• Maintain high CSI by handling customer complaints promptly.
• Match customer requirements to service options.
• Keep customers informed and updated throughout the service process.
• Maintain customer follow-up system for repeat/referral business.
• Comply with regulations for the department.
• Continue education of new products and features.
