Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of store or service assistant manager experience
• General automotive knowledge

• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the shop operations
• Maintain a safe, secure, and trustworthy work environment
• Liaise between managers, customers, and employees; fill in for Manager during absences
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering and receipt of parts
• Deliver exceptional customer service while consulting customers and building repair orders
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and provide comprehensive recommendations
