• Assist in interviewing, selecting and training service technicians, building technical expertise for role alignment.
• Support and learn to evaluate technician knowledge, skills and performance, providing input on development and promotions.
• Assist in overseeing daily work orders including time, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and support diagnosis for general and complex service requests for all makes and models.
