Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the automotive repair industry as a technician, service advisor, or service manager.
• Strong technical acumen of automotive repair standards.
• Experience mentoring technicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their tire and automotive service needs with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Assist in evaluating technician knowledge, skills and performance and provide input on development and promotions.
• Support and learn to manage service sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and safety.
• Oversee daily work orders and ensure proper use of tools, materials and equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and support diagnosis for general and complex service requests.
