Qualifications

• 5+ years' retail management OR 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated success in growing sales in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Assistant Store Manager, Service Manager, and Retail Sales Manager as needed to support store operations.
• Lead and direct store staff engaged in selling, servicing, and repairing vehicles to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on repair procedures and customer service standards.
• Schedule front and back shop employees to maintain staffing levels for all operating hours.
• Review sales and performance records and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.
• Manage inventory, including requisitioning and accounting for equipment, replacement parts, and tires.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper PPE are followed in all operations.
• Handle hiring, training, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
