Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring a Service Manager in Ft. Thomas, KY. This role leads a team of service and tire technicians to deliver high-quality automotive service and customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership, communication, and a can-do attitude are essential, as is willingness to work Saturdays and lift up to 75 lbs. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $85,000+ annually with additional bonuses and weekly pay structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Service and Tire Technicians; assist the General Manager with hiring.
• Ensure smooth shop operations, bay management, and workflow.
• Serve as liaison between shop, counter staff and customers with clear communication.
• Ensure inspection and diagnostic procedures are followed; provide timely recommendations to customers.
• Promote safety and quality to deliver outstanding customer service.
