Tire Discounters, in Frankfort, Kentucky, is hiring for a Sales Associate and Sales Manager to grow store sales through relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

In this high-impact role you will evaluate customer needs, drive sales opportunities, coordinate orders, and help maintain store presentation. Training and growth opportunities accompany competitive pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsabilités

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for store location, including making customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion, following company policy and procedures.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Maintains presentation of the store interior and exterior.
• Promotes a culture of cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.
