Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring a Service Technician in Louisville to perform tire installation, maintenance, alignments, brakes, diagnostics and regular maintenance. You will contribute to daily operations with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of automotive repair experience, owning tools, and the ability to work Saturdays. Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus commission and overtime, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Must have own tools and be able to use lifts and diagnostic scanners.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely vehicle inspections, maintenance and repairs to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure safety and function.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and assist as needed.
