Qualifications

• Leadership experience with strong team management.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

• Valid driver's license and Saturday availability.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and train shop employees and assist with hiring.
• Manage shop operations, bay management, and workflow.
• Serve as liaison between shop, counter staff and customers.
• Ensure inspection and diagnostic procedures are followed with timely recommendations.
• Promote safety and quality to deliver outstanding customer service.
