Gary Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a Automotive Customer Relations Manager to lead the customer experience in the Erie, PA area. You will advocate for customers, ensuring visits exceed expectations and align with our award-winning service standards.

The role emphasizes building trust, resolving issues, and driving satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced dealership environment. A competitive salary with incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• CDJR/Stellantis experience is a plus but not required for the right person.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.
