Cardinale Automotive Group is seeking a Service Manager in California with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM experience encouraged. Lead service teams, manage daily workflows, and drive profitability through strategic pricing and strong vendor relationships.

This full-time on-site role requires supervising advisors and technicians, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive service management experience.
• Successful track record with dealership service experience.
• Stellar work ethic, outgoing and personable team member.
• Understanding of manufacturer/dealership policies, warranties, and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership ability to mentor and train team members.
• Proficient time management and organizational skills.
• Exemplary communication and customer service skills.
• Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Advise, guide, and plan for team members to attain financial goals and company standards.
• Produce an environment which is conducive to managing daily workflow effective and efficiently.
• Utilize pricing parameters and strategies to generate profit.
• Interview, hire and mentor service advisors and technicians.
• Advance manufacturer relationships to promote our product and services.
• Partner with all dealership personnel to ensure superior quality of service is delivered.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
