Hertrich Family of Dealerships on the Delmarva Peninsula seeks an Automotive Service Manager to lead daily service department operations and drive customer satisfaction.

You will coach Advisors and Technicians, manage workflow and repair orders, and monitor KPIs to uphold high performance and compliance with dealer and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore.
