Hertrich Family of Dealerships seeks an Automotive Service Manager to lead the Eastern Shore service operations. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within a respected regional dealer group, with a coastal lifestyle near Delaware beaches.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years automotive service management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in high-volume service operations.
• Solid understanding of dealership systems (DealerTrack experience preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred).
• Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention.
• Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians.
• Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics.
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Build a positive, high-performance service culture.
