The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an accomplished Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department on Maryland's Eastern Shore and Delaware Beaches. This full-time role offers a strong compensation package with a base salary plus commission/bonus, reflecting a performance-driven environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of Automotive Service Management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven success in high-volume service operations
• Solid understanding of dealership systems (DealerTrack experience preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
• Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore
