Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Wrightsville, PA seeks an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager with daily administrative duties, serve as a customer service advocate, and write a small portion of RO's.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of automotive technical experience or 3+ years in service writing, with excellent typing skills, strong computer literacy, and proven leadership ability to train service staff and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a service advisor or 3+ years as a technician.
• CDJR experience preferred but not required.
• World class customer service skills.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Highly proficient computer literacy.
• Disciplined in following procedures without supervision.
• Detail oriented.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read the situation and adjust accordingly.
• Consistent high performing sales/customer satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with daily administrative duties.

• Manage and coach others, lead by example, and train with the Service Advisors and Service Manager.
