Qualifications

• Leadership ability to manage and dispatch technicians and shop staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct automotive and general service technicians in daily shop operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, listen to customers, and consult on needs and repairs.
• Provide pricing estimates and discuss recommended services with customers.
• Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and influx of work to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, troubleshoot, and build repair orders; source parts as needed.
• Lead, train, and supervise up to five employees; maintain inventory and shop organization.
