Easycare in Winchester, VA seeks an automotive Service Manager to lead a busy service team and deliver excellent customer care. The role emphasizes coaching Advisors, maintaining workflow, and achieving monthly and yearly business goals.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of related experience or a recognized service training program. A strong emphasis on honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction is required as part of daily operations.

Formación

• Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Graduation from an industry recognized service training program also preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Train Advisors to greet every customer with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
• Train Advisors to present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.
• Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
• Train Advisors to consistently and effectively sell our services while upholding honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
• Use the phone professionally to build long-term relationships with customers, the store, and staff.
• Supervise and direct employees.
• Prepare business goals for each month and for the year.
• Act professionally reflecting the quality organization you represent.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities as workload dictates.
• Ensure all work is performed to proper specifications.
• Assist other employees as needed.

Requirements

Educationand/or Experience Preferences:

• Fiveyears related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience.

• Current driver's license
• Proofof minimum state required insurance on personalvehicle.
• Drivingrecord acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
