CarGuys Inc. in Westfield, NJ seeks an Automotive Service Manager to oversee the express lane and service department on a day-to-day basis, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

You will lead service advisers and technicians, monitor workflows to complete vehicles promptly, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards. This full-time role offers weekly base pay of $800–$950 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities; Saturday work is required with one weekday off,

Automotive Service Manager

Compensation

Base pay $800–$950 weekly, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities.

Saturday work is required; one day off during the week. Closed on Sundays and for six major holidays. Full‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the express lane/service department.
• Manage a team of service advisors and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service workflow to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Assist in training and development of staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available for service operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive service management or related field preferred.
