Job summary

Volkswage is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead the service drive, mentor Service Advisors, and work hands-on with customers. This role emphasizes training and development while delivering outstanding service and sales results.

The candidate should be capable of guiding daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and teamwork with technicians and parts departments.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Experience training and coaching Service Advisors required.
• Strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of dealership service operations.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working alongside the team.
• Previous Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience preferred.

Automotive Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Automotive Service Manager to lead our service drive. This is a working management position, not a Fixed Operations Director role.

The ideal candidate has a strong background as a Service Advisor, experience training and developing employees, and the ability to lead by example while actively working with customers.
