Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking a high-energy Service Manager to lead day-to-day center operations, drive sales growth, and manage the technical team. You will ensure adherence to company policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating technician workflow, recommending services, ordering parts, and keeping clients updated on repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive service sales experience OR equivalent sales experience with a track record of success.
• Excellent one time closing skills
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast paced environment
• Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
• Must have valid driver's license
