Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care in Norton, MA is seeking an energetic Service Manager to lead daily operations of one of our centers. You will oversee the service team, drive sales, build customer relationships, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering top service.

The role emphasizes customer service, team leadership, and efficient workflow management in a fast-paced auto-repair environment. Daytime hours, PTO, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive service sales experience or equivalent sales success.
• Transmission sales experience is a big plus.
• Excellent one time closing skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate effectively and multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Must have valid driver's license.

A Service Manager performs many different roles as they manage the day-to-day operations of one of our centers, including: generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, managing the technical team, and ensuring that all employees are adhering to company policies and procedures.
