Job summary

Central Florida Lincoln is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead our service and parts team in Orlando, driving revenue growth and delivering a world-class customer experience. This hands-on leader will organize a team, hold staff accountable, and oversee daily operations and financial success.

You will hire and train technicians and advisors, set monthly sales goals, improve CSI, and ensure proper warranty and paperwork processes, while keeping OEM and ASE training current.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Director.
• Valid FL Driver's License with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Establish monthly sales and revenue objectives, measure progress, and minimize technician unapplied time.
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by resolving complaints immediately and overseeing customer follow-ups.
